New Products Announced at NTS ‘08

Four brand new products were announced at the 2008 National Train Show: EMD GP-30 Locomotives, Budd RDC-1 and RDC-2, ACF 4-Bay “Smooth Side” Hoppers, and Pacific Fruit Express Wooden Reefers. Deliveries are scheduled for 2008 and 2009.

Quality Like No Other

At AZL, we have a fascination with prototypical accuracy that borders on obsession. Our tooling includes many variations known as slide changes. This means that elements are in the correct place for the given road. For example, on our Norfolk Southern SD-70 Locomotive the headlights are on top of the cab; but on the BNSF version, they are on the nose - where they should be. We do not compromise on details.

American Z Line has announced Ten all new products in 2008 - all with new tooling. This is more than all other Z scale producers combined, and firmly established AZL as the Leader in Z scale.
